Heat treatment	Hot rolled or antiflocculation annealed
Surface condition	Hot rolled, turned or surface defects abraded
Packing	— Packages diameter 150–500mm, weight up to 10 t — Packages are bonded with wire or baling band
Marking	— Heat number and a steel grade code are stamped on one end of a billet — The opposite end of each billet may have colour marking — Two tags specifying contract number, country of destination, steel grade, heat number, size in mm, supplier name and package weight are attached to each package
