Remark.
For billets of more than 90 mm diameter the elongation is permissible by 2 percent abs., for billets of more than 150 mm diameter the elongation is permissible by 3 percent abs.
The average value of three tests but for all that below the min value can be only one separate value, and, namely, maximum by 30%.
