Lebedinskiy GOK passed OHSAS 18000:2007 audit

Lebedinskiy mining and processing plant (subsidiary of Metallloinvest Holding) successfully passed annual OHSAS 18000:2007 occupational health and safety management audit. Inspection was held from 26 to 30  of October by BSI — globally recognized leader in management systems certification. As a result LGOK OHSAS 18000:2007 certificate was prolonged for one year.

Commission noted high level of workplace security, workwear  provision, industrial injuries prevention measures and compliance with legislative requirements . According to BSI experts remarks, these achievements became possible due to high professional level of LGOK HSE specialists.

OHSAS 18000:2007 certificate confirms LGOK status as a world-class plant, aiming at occupational health and safety management improvement according to national and international standards.
